MQSolbot is a software-as-a-service tool delivered via Telegram. The service scans publicly available data on the Solana blockchain to identify newly launched projects and applies automated filters (community sentiment signals, on-chain activity metrics, and safety indicators) to surface a curated daily selection for informational review.
The service is delivered through an automated Telegram bot, a private members Telegram group, and optional email communications related to your subscription.
MQSolbot is a software discovery and information tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, recommendations to buy or sell any asset, or any form of financial services. The service does not handle, custody, or transact any funds on your behalf.
To use MQSolbot, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract, not be barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction, and provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
Access to MQSolbot is initiated through Telegram. You may be required to provide your Telegram username and optionally an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account, all activity that occurs under your account, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
New users may activate a 3-day free trial of MQSolbot by initiating the service through our Telegram bot. The free trial:
If you wish to continue using MQSolbot after your trial expires, you must explicitly initiate a paid subscription as described in Section 5.
After your free trial, continued access to MQSolbot requires a paid monthly subscription.
$99 USD per month, payable in Solana (SOL) at the equivalent exchange rate at time of payment.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments, which handles cryptocurrency transactions. Your use of NOWPayments is subject to their terms of service.
Each paid subscription period is 30 days. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment and continues for the full subscription period.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue access beyond your current subscription period, you must initiate a new payment before your current period expires. You will receive reminders before your subscription expires.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Because subscriptions do not auto-renew and require no card on file, "cancellation" simply means choosing not to renew. If you do not wish to continue using MQSolbot after your current subscription period expires, simply do nothing — no further charges will occur, and your access will end at the conclusion of your current period.
You may also actively end your subscription at any time using the /cancel command in the MQSolbot Telegram bot or by emailing support@mqsolbot.com. Doing so removes you from the members group immediately. Active cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of your current subscription period.
Refunds are available as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

All content, software, and materials delivered through MQSolbot — including the bot interface, briefings, branding, and accompanying materials — are owned by Genesis Nomad Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
MQSolbot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Nomad disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis Nomad Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of MQSolbot.
Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Nomad Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to MQSolbot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through the service. Your continued use of MQSolbot after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis Nomad Inc. regarding MQSolbot. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them at our discretion.
