Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New users can try MQSolbot free for 3 days. No credit card or payment information is required to start your trial. You simply initiate the bot in Telegram and your access is active immediately.

Your trial automatically expires at the end of the 3-day period. You will not be charged anything, ever, for the trial. If you do nothing, you simply lose access at the end of your trial — there are no automatic charges.

After your trial

If you choose to continue using MQSolbot, you may activate a paid subscription by making a payment of $99 USD (paid in Solana at the current exchange rate) through our payment processor.

Paid subscriptions are 30 days in duration and do not auto-renew. You will receive reminders before your subscription expires. To continue access, you must actively make another payment.

This means there are no recurring charges, no surprise billing, and no need to cancel — if you stop paying, your access simply ends at the conclusion of your current subscription period.

Refund policy

Because MQSolbot subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency on a non-recurring basis, refund handling differs from traditional credit card subscriptions:

Within 24 hours of your first paid subscription payment, you may request a full refund for any reason. Email support@mqsolbot.com with the subject line "Refund" and include the wallet address you paid from and the transaction hash. Refunds are issued in SOL to the originating wallet within 3 business days.

After 24 hours, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy reflects the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate value delivered upon subscription activation. If you cancel after the 24-hour window:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current 30-day period
• You retain access until that date
• You will not be billed again (subscriptions do not auto-renew)
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current period

Exceptional circumstances

We will consider refunds outside the standard window in cases such as:

• Confirmed billing or transaction errors
• Service unavailability that prevented your meaningful use of the subscription
• Other extraordinary situations on a case-by-case basis

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email support@mqsolbot.com explaining the situation. We review these requests in good faith.

How to cancel

Because there are no auto-renewals, "cancellation" is rarely necessary — you simply stop paying. However, if you wish to end your subscription immediately and leave the members group:

1. In Telegram: Use the /cancel command in the MQSolbot bot
2. By email: Email support@mqsolbot.com with the subject line "Cancel"

Active cancellation removes you from the private members group immediately. Active cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of your current paid subscription period.
